Since it's 2020 and all - 8 game playoff and include all FBS schools who play this Fall

People are always yiping about the non-P5 teams not getting a crack at the Playoffs. Why not carve out 1-2 non-P5 teams to get into the playoffs as a participation award (this assumes an 8 team playoff). Who knows what might happen, but if ever there was a year to give them a crack, this would be the one. Also, how about rewarding the teams who elect to play this year...?

Maybe if it was structured as a play in game against the 8th seeded team?
