Signal stealing

Still should of waxed them.
People gonna be like "oh well thats why we didn't blown them out".
uhh no. idc if they stealing plays or spygating on us we should be able to put up TD vs injury riddled team when we get the ball twice inside the red-zone.

you're a moron, Im sure you think Clemson deserves a pass because Bryant was hurt against Syracuse and they're awesome

You didn't watch the Syracuse-Clemson game did you? That Clemson QB looked like he had foot surgery right before the game the way he was limping.

Uh.. yea.. Clemson is good. We held GT to 226 yards rushing.. Clemson held GT to 230 TOTAL yards.

Why do people use trash teams to validate that we're good as if we aren't barely beating them?

We held GT to 281 TOTAL yards. Your point is insignificant.

It depends how they were doing it. Figuring out line calls or hand signals is just gamesmanship. If they used technology like sound amplification to pick up what was being said in huddle or hear conversations on the sideline, then that is completely unethical, IMO. Obviously, if a defense figures out that every time the qb says "Omaha" it means he is flipping the play, then it's perfectly OK to use that. If you have someone in the booth listening via embedded mics in the field to the coach on the sidelines telling his qb the preset code words each quarter, that's a foul.

Eh. Good for them, I guess. If they can pick up signals, then so be it. It's not illegal I don't think. They still need to execute their assignments. We need to have a better system. From my experience, this is something you need to consistently monitor. We need to stay ahead of the curve.

Clemson did this to us 2 years ago, I think we were all fortunate in that instance though.

And what is wrong with this exactly? If the shoe were on the other foot, you'd all be cheering.

I don't think no one is denying Clemson is good but if you want to compare games Clemson played them in torrential rain for most of the game, while we yard them in a down pour for about 1/2 qt. GT's offense isn't the same when it is raining and conditions are wet.

Desperate team. Desperate coach.

Don’t blame him.

Sucks harder for him knowing what we were doing and still lost.

There’s no rule preventing it that I’m aware of, unless there’s something specific about doing it from a high vantage point.

It’s up to our coaches to have a system in place that prevents this from happening, and apparently there must have been a high angle where that could be seen.

Rick needs to clean that up.

OK, I was incorrect.

It is NOT the sending of information over a headset that is wrong. It is the RECORDING of such information that is wrong. Which, of course, is ridiculous.

"The only rule that prohibits such thievery states that no video or audio recordings of sign-stealing is permitted."

Quick question, and I really am just curious..........Do you just like getting a rouse out of people or are you just not a Miami fan? It's has to be one of the other. Maybe, it's both. I'm assuming the answer is the former, not the latter. To each it's own.........just curious, my man.

I could see that. Seems like they were pretty dialed in to our running game.

Of course they were. What do you expect when we only use one back. I don't care if the backups are chopped liver, they have to get in more and when they're in, you have to run them sometimes. It isn't hard to know that we aren't running when Homer is out. That and add some different running plays with different formations. This offense is predictable and that's being nice. You don't need to steal signals against us.
