SIAP, video on Miami's 'Dead Zone' woes with Gattis offense...

The scheme isn't broken. It's game 3.
 
That first trip to the red zone with the wheel route , obviously wasn’t there but if TVD (who had plenty of time there) comes back underneath to Key it’s a TD.

Yeah I’m so ****ed we didn’t win that easily winnable game but the offense moved the ball even with TVD and the receivers playing like chit. I keep going back and forth lol

The wheel was there on the initial read, the DB just read TVD's eyes and his tendency from film to throw the wheel in the past. Wheel either needed to be thrown immediately when Arroyo snapped back up field and got his hips vertical because Arroyo was already past the defender, or TVD holds the safety more with his eyes into the middle of the field. It was a good call just looked like TVD stared it down and the DB watched film and TVD didn't keep him honest.

Thats an NFL type throw too. You gotta hold the safety and put that ball in the bucket with some velocity.

I was talking about the one to the RB on the sideline. Don’t know if it was Parrish or knighton.

Zach Smith went off on Gattis again. Mentions that Gattis had some videos taken off of his Youtube page costing him money. He makes the argument that Gattis hasn't recruited anyone of significance in his whole career. Said it is personal with him because of him making complaints. He also said he would definitely take a job at Miami, all he would want/need is WR coach. He mentioned if he was here then no American Heritage WR would leave Miami. He said when he was at OSU Dade players wanted to stay in the Warm weather so they went to the SEC, but Broward would go to OSU because "they just wanted to play ball".

I don't keep up with any of these channels, spaces etc. This was one of the most provocative things I've seen regarding a "Take" on a sitting coach. Is it even legal to do that? lol Ouch. And does Gattis really make 1.8 million-ish? That seems crazy high. This will not end well at all for Mario/Gattis

Not going to attack smith for whatever has gone on in his personal life but from a football perspective, he’s 100% spot on regarding Gattis.

I had bailed out on Gattis after game #3.

Yo I appreciate that you aren’t bringing up his personal life. If he did the same about Gattis, he’d be more persuasive to me. Truth is this guy is trashing Gattis for non-football things—he says he lied and slept with a recruits mom.

I’m cool with him giving a football opinion, but I think it’s ridiculous for him to act like the morality police when he put hands on his pregnant girl, got arrested for driving while intoxicated, and continued to stalk and harass his ex wife after she left him.

He got a job with Urban Meyer because his grand daddy was the Head Coach at Ohio State and a mentor to Urban. He probably knows a lot about football but he’s an entitled, arrogant, and privileged guy who squandered the golden spoon he was born to for being a dumb **** and putting hands on his pregnant girl. Meanwhile, his replacement at OSU, Brian Hartline, is a huge upgrade.

Just because he squandered his own name and reputation doesn’t mean he should disrespect and try to ruin other peoples with gossip.

I believe in people getting second chances but this angry entitled baby should focus on X’s and O’s instead of trying to hurt peoples reputations.

Have a little class Zach. Some class and showing you’re not a little manlet anymore would do more to get you back in coaching than acting like a wannabe TMZ and talking about your former peers on the internet to stay relevant
