Ray Lioata also graduted here and Stallone and Steve-O came but never graduated. I remember there was a rumor going around freshman year that Steveo got kicked out after throwing a party on top of stanford. No idea if it is true though.

Ballers is practically a promotional show for The U and for the dolphins......but more so The U. He also consistently mentions playing for The U in many of his interviews during talk shows, movie promos, etc...

He is constantly repping Miami.

Ya 100% I even stated he talks about the U in interviews and on twitter and ****, but most people don't watch that stuff. I know a lot of girls love to read all about the celebrity gossip, but most guys aren't going to be watching Rock getting interviewed. I watch Ballers and he does talk **** about the Noles a few times and has the U helmet on his desk and ****, but most people would assume that the character the rock plays went to the U not him himself. He is one of my favorite canes because he reps the U harder then anyone besides Irvin, but I'm just saying most people that don't watch CFB won't know what school he graduated from. At least people I know under 30.

I was watching a Rock movie recently with my kids and noticed one of the characters was wearing a #94 Canes jersey. God bless the Rock and all his success and for staying true to the Canes.

Its crazy how many people are fuqin booing him when he mentions anything canes, why is Miami the only place that boos there hometown team with there hometown player who actually fuqin won big. I understand booing a terrible player or booing for wanting national title contenders or booing for wanting a coach fired that isnt going to win but for a guy whos already won BIG and reps it hard cmon. The Rock is genuinely one of the nicest people you could work with. Always very thankfull of all the hard working people around him. Awesome guy. He really worked his way from the very bottom to the very top.

100% right. I’ve know a few people who worked on crews for his films. Could not be a nicer guy. Great with fans too.

We need him as honorary captain for a big game. A NC game, hopefully.

I didn't know about Lioata. The rumor on Stallone when I was there was that he made a soft core ****. I heard Steve-O jumped off a roof into a pool at one of the apartment complexes near campus, but that the reason he left was essentially for failing out. His dad was a pretty high up in Coco Cola as a VP that traveled internationally quite a bit.

I figured it was just a rumor. The guys talking about it where freshman like 20 years after SteveO was their lol. So they had no inside info. The stallone thing makes sense because I heard that is how he first got into acting was with ****. Thanks for the info.
