I would rather have that then starting him in his first start against Florida next year in a game that holds waaay more weight.

I agree Perry has had many chances and has blown them and Richt is going with experience rather than stick a true freshman the last game of the year out against a team that beat up Miami last year.
Spring ball should be an open competition between Williams Perry and I guess Weldon.

While I do not think UM has confirmed, i am confident in the reports of Perry failing a drug test. if this turns out to be true then I expect him gone for 4 games. Perry clearly doesn't have the discipline to be a QB at Miami. I expect him to either get kicked off and transfer out this coming summer or fall.

Don't knock Rosier for playing. Knock Perry for getting suspended. Don't be ******** and blame Rosier. At least when he's needed he is there and not getting suspended every other game like the other two ******** at QB. Stop knocking the kid for playing. He puts it on the line when called upon, can't knock that.
That being said, Richt is a dumb *** for playing a QB that won't be here next year. Play Williams for ***** sake and at a minimum he gets some game experience for next year.

in Mork's world a QB doesn't need game experience, especially when your opening game is with the Reptiles.
To prepare Williams for Florida. This season is dead, regardless of the outcome. We've nothing to gain by playing Rosier in this game. I don't want to hear Richt complaining about Williams first live action against UF. It seems Richt always handcuffed his QB's.
