SIAP Kevin Olsen

Heart goes out to the kid. I really hope he takes his life experiences from the last five years and makes something positive out of it. He has made one bad decision after another and now has to overcome a stigma going forward. The chances will be few until he can make the majority forget about his past.

Now focus on your money. The hoes will always be there.

Hope the kid gets it together, and is the chick going to get time now? bet she wont

Why would she get time?

Not guilty does not necessarily equal false accusation. There could be many different reasons why the verdict was not guilty.

Its possible that it was a false accusation. But it is also possible that there was just simply not enough evidence to convict, that the jury just did not like the DAs prosecuting the case, that the DAs somehow messed the case up, or many other possibilities. With 9 men and 3 women on the jury, the DAs certainly did not help themselves in jury selection. But the jury pool is out of their control, so to a certain extent it may just have been the cards they were dealt.

Just like Kevin Olsen could not be convicted because, in the eyes of the jury, the DA did not prove their case beyond all reasonable doubt, she should not get time unless there is proof beyond all reasonable doubt that she made a false allegation.

I doubt that will ever exist in this case. The only two people that will truly know what took place are him and her. And even then, each will have their own perspective of the incident and will likely not agree on exactly what happened.

Kevin Olsen just got a new lease on life. Hopefully he gets his **** together and makes something of himself. He obviously has issues that he needs help dealing with. Hopefully he will get the help he needs.

No idea about the evidence and the facts in this case and I agree that just because they stated not guilty does not necessarily equal false accusation. But there should either automatically be another trial open or when reading the not guilty response say if she is guilty of false accusation and the punishment should be equal if PROVEN guilty. Most cases are not false accusation, but there is no doubt that some are and that should be looked at as well after establishing that the defendant is not guilty. A persons reputation (especially celebrities) is instantly tarnished when they get accused of rape regardless if it turns out to be false

WTF is that last part supposed to mean? You think every time a dude doesn't convicted it means his accuser made it up? Please tell me you aren't that dense. Maybe talk to some women in your life.

Let's roll with that logic and say every time a cop doesn't get convicted for beating or murdering someone that means the victim made it up. That work fort you too?

You say it yourself - most cases are not false accusation so why put the added stress of a person who has been assaulted having to worry that not only might her/his assaulter get off, but not they s/he will have to face trial his/herself?

Besides DA is not going to bring a case against someone unless they believe their their is reason to believe the person doing the accusing so unless something came out during the trial that proved the accuser was lying, the DA is not going to have a case against them either. And I am pretty sure that when something does come out during a case proving the accuser made up the allegations that most DAs will already prosecute the accuser.
