Just now saw they updated on Friday and Harrison-Hunte was one of the "risers". I know he has played well but this is a potential as well as production pick in my opinion, he's not a full time starter yet, but I do think he is on his way to being really good.

he and silvera should be a helluva tandem next year ala mcintosh and norton ... the question becomes, does silvera stay or go ... if he goes which seems to be what our guys do, it sets us back again ... our depth has been depleted by guys chasing millions and getting dollars instead ... same for phillips

In a perfect world they would all stay. Most here know the Canes have not been in a perfect world for a lot of years

Philips and Nesta leaving early is laughable (but sad to say probable)

Philips has the NFL body but no moves and an injury history. He definitely needs to come back to work his craft and improve his stats.

Nesta is a slightly above avg DT who disappears for stretches. Did anyone call his name once during UVA? You wanna remind yourself of a true impact DT? Go back and watch Gerald Willis who couldnt even get drafted...

If Manny actually changes the culture around here it starts with getting the questionable juniors to ALL come back. Only Brevin should go (and this injury aint helping his cause.). Otherwise we will always be behind on development and size relying on underclassmen on the D line and other key positions. We will never win a championship like that (sorry to say)

Doesn't he and Silvera play the same position , a 3tech DT? Whose to play Norton's role? I think we need Miller to step up and take up some space.

Are we potentially looking at losing another stud as a redshirt sophomore like Rousseau? Suck that some of these guys we dont even get 3 good seasons anymore bc they redshirt and then blow up and are gone b4 their jr yr...well see

UM guys make the worst decisions ever when it comes to leaving early. BUT

I have seen a lot worse guys then Phillips and Nesta leave early.

Not one person on this team should leave (early or not, including King). All of these players would benefit from another year of college football and training. For all of these kids, the risk of flaming out early in the NFL is much higher than the risk of career ending injury in college. You want to get to the NFL in the best position to succeed day 1 - none of these kids are ready
