SIAP: Grad Transfer tracker....

The Linders have done right by Miami. No reason to begrudge the kid, who was beaten out by Gauthier for the starting Center position and wanted more snaps. He gave us three solid years and had hit his ceiling.

Yeah, I think ASU should have followed the trajectory of Lovie at IU before they hired Herm. Looks like it;'s going to end poorly.

I think Lovie could be a good college fb coach at the right place.
But Illinois wasn't the right place.
That place needs a HC who has been primarily, if not exclusively, been a college fb coach who knows
and appreciates the nuances of recruiting, selling program to state, boosters and fans, recruiting, having
a good network of college fb assistants, recruiting, and so on.
Herman Edwards, on the other hand, is a disaster waiting to happen.

ron zook was perfect for them he was actually getting some NFL prospects at the school but they fired him
 
Now that Malek Young is out with a career ending injury I think Casey Hughes out of Utah would be a really nice target to allow Blades and Ivey to get up to speed before getting pressed into duty too early.
 
Casey Hughes should be a target right now..he would start from day 1 here and has plus size. Think he has a michigan visit cued up
