Zo is just such a real dude. Nothing fake with him at all. This is up there with the OBB interview with R. Fernandez 6 months ago or so, as my favorites I've heard in recent memory. Good insight into how things are functioning now, where they need to get to, and how it'll get there.

Do you think Mario is the guy to do it?

Zo - "yeah, I think Mario's work ethic will prevail. That will be the culture change. We're gonna follow the leader and he's the hardest worker in the building."
