What if UGA is undefeated, barely beating a previously undefeated Bama in their Championship Game. Do you think it's possible that we could still get left out?

No. In this scenario TCU is on the outside looking in. They will have only had quality games against Oklahoma (a team beaten by Iowa State) and OSU (a team who almost lost to Texas, and will lose to Oklahoma).

We will have beaten ND, VT, and Clemson/NC State. Not three top 25 teams. Three top 15, or potentially top 10 teams. This path before us is set. All we have to do is keep plowing ahead.

Alabama might be best team, but not on their ****** schedule. They’ve played one power5 team w a winning record. And won by 8
 
If we get to the playoffs I don't think we could beat bama but we could legitimately have a shot at beating TCU, Penn State, or Washington if we play one of those three

When I look at our team I always say football is about matchups, and I don't see one team who we don't belong on the field with. Our execution is not where it should be but we can battle.

The one team they played that had a pulse, Texas A&M, gave them a game. I think we are better than A&M. Bama was crowned as de facto national champs after beating FSU on a neutral field. Even with Francois, that fsu team is garbage.

Interesting article about how Bama's flaws were exposed. We will beat them the exact same way we will beat Notre Dame-stuff the run and force them to throw.

There's no plausible scenario in this year where 2 SEC teams make it and an unbeaten Power 5 conference champion is left out. The SEC is god awful outside of Bama and UGA.

Undefeated SEC, Big 10, ACC and Big 12 champions are all locked in right now.

I'm pretty sure the committee would love a Bama free year to be totally honest.

If we are still undefeated it will mean this team has grown and gotten better. If so then the humiliation will not be ours. It will be Satan's retirement party. When we beat him he will know his time is over and like Steve after the Sugar Bowl beat down, Nick will go to NFL.

Penn State would give us just as much trouble as Alabama would. Best defense in college football right now, top 15 in scoring.

TCU is top 10 in scoring offense and defense too. Certainly not a pushover. Washington would be our best matchup, but they aren't getting in over an undefeated SEC/Big10/Big12/ACC Champ.

Not if we are undefeated. No way TV lets that frigging committee steal the ratings bonanza of the return of THE U. An undefeated Miami is in no matter how many other teams are undefeated or who beat who or by how much. Compared to Miami vs anyone every other game is regional. Miami back in NC it global event. After our first year, sure they will ***** us any time they can but not the first time, not undefeated. We are in the playoffs right now. We and advance, it is all about THE U.

Upset of the century. Not only do we beat Bama but all their SoFla kids file transfers to come to us and all recruits at every other school flip to us and we grey shirt them.

That gives the Committee an excuse to tell Satan to pound sand an play on New Year’s.

Then we win out.

You know the Committee will Have UGA and Pedo State play each other and have us play TCU so, assuming we beat TCU, that sets up the storyline for the NC Game: either the Mark Richt Bowl or the 1986 Revenge Game Bowl.

In the meantime, let’s take care of business first and recognize that from now on, every Game is a Bowl Game for us, even UNC. We sleep on anyone, we lose.

So I am watching on ESPN their college playoff show. I'm watching and I'm watching and team Miami was never mentioned. This is why Pinckney was so right about where he was coming from. We are 8th and undefeated and completely completely left out of the conversation.

I honestly had to stop watching those shows because it was infuriating how they would intentionally leave Miami out of any playoff conversation. And anytime someone would actually mention Miami, it would basically be followed by them pantomiming a jerk off motion or throwing up a half *** "U" and making fart sounds with their mouths. Every single one of those c@cksuckers is worthless (with the exception of J. Vilma).

ND has not beaten Miami in Miami since the 70's. In a raucous intimidating Hard Rock Canes are going throw 6 TD passes and win that game by at least 2 touchdowns then all this admiration of the Irish will cease once and for all. The stars will align soley in Miami's direction.
