I agree last year was a nightmare! But if we win say 7 games last year then you don't get the buy in and turn over in the staff and players. We would continue on an average team. 7 wins last year we still have Gattis and Steele. It took an embarrassingly bad bottoming out last year because that's what it had to take to change things! Everything worked out for Miami in the end, and when is last time we could say that?
