Who went up and plucked the football out of the air like it was a defensive board.

Larry Scott deserves a ton of credit for the performance of the TE's.

Walford plucked the 2nd TD like that as well.

TE development should be exciting going forward with the athletes we have their in Njoku and Herndon.

I love how people blamed coley for not getting TEs involved in the game last year but change QBs and we get totally different results. That's kaaya's first option it seems every down.

Standish Dobard is an excellent blocker, apparently he has good hands as well, should be interesting moving forward.

He will be fun to watch as he gets stronger and losses some more baby fat. His speed should improve as well. Right now he is a 4.9 guy but tough as nails.

2013
* Standish Dobard had a 315-pound squat, 247-pound power clean and 310-pound bench. His vertical was 25 inches and he had 23.5 percent body fat.

Spring 2014
Standish Dobard. 315-pound squat - now up to 405. power clean went from 247 - 274, bench went from 310 to 320.

July 2014
Swasey says Dobard has been "an animal in the weight room"
"His whole body composition has changed," Swasey said. "He's been an animal in the weight room.

Stan Dobard: 4.97 40 (4.88 best), 4.67 20, 15 reps of 225, 430 squat, 286 power clean, 350 bench press

This guy is a freak. He will have a monster game against FSU.

That's because it was Coleys fault. Clearly he has changed the kind of plays he's been calling. Just look at Stacy Coley for proof. He went from averaging 18ypc, to only getting receptions on the screens he seemed to love calling.

I do agree with you he has made adjustments but simply blaming him on not getting the TEs involved is simply not true. All this year we have targeted the TEs, he made adjustments else where in which was needed.

I posed a similar question in the game thread. TEs and RBs have been an integral part of the passing game in recent weeks and the results have been extremely positive. Is this due to scheme, Kaaya checking down, or a combination of the two? Either way I am so grateful that we never have to see Stephen Morris take another snap for the University of Miami.
