Shoulder straps - Medical staff?

Just realizing that Kam and James both stopped wearing the strap in the NFL, makes me wonder if medical staff on Miami is forcing some of the players to wear them. Find it odd so many of our players wear them and them when Kam and James jump to NFL they stopped.

Well James had a serious shoulder injury a few years ago so I’m sure that’s why he wore it

Well you see... Those were special kinds of injuries that only the NFL or super duper good college teams could heal. Its a good thing they left early because if they stayed we would not have had that special sauce to fix them up. Instead, we would have made them keep wearing those braces

Yes it is not uncommon for players to wear braces based on the medical teams decision. If you look at the NFL, most linemen don't wear knee braces while just about every college minus Washington requires it.
