Should we be Searching for 1 or 2 Coordinators??

It would save us money for a second OC or a good ST coach.
 
1 guy who knows his stuff . Manny made 1 huge mistake his first season - believing Saban and Smart knew what a great OC was ( since both wanted to hire Enos) . A mistake I can't fault him for as you would think if Saban wants you then you are a good coach but Bama's insane talent and machine hides a lot of warts I have learned. We hire a guy who can inspire QBs and run a spread with 80 plays a game or more Manny will be successful.
 
We should also be looking for a new Defensive Coordinator. A DC who doesnt play prevent defense on 3rd and 7 against teams like Central Michigan.
 
This would certainly be a better use of our staff than having 4 coaches dedicated to defensive backs and linebackers.

Let’s try to find one first. Teams who have 2 usually do that to promote guys currently on staff to keep them from leaving. We don’t have that issue.

I haven’t seen many programs searching for an OC who hire 2. Can’t remember that happening very often.
 
One of our 3 DC's (assuming they stay) should not coach any position. They should be focused solely on game planning.
