Should Donaldson replace Clark??

Not yet.. he needs time to get on high level football shape.

Next year though if he gives best effort and set goal to be drafted high

He is also a guard..

This shouldn’t even be a debate, if Donaldson can handle the workload. Donaldson was the highest graded Canes OL against Duke, and his block where he wiped out the entire middle of the Duke defense says it all. The Canes haven’t seen a block like that in several years.

I bet Cam and Chaney will beg the coaches to start Donaldson.

I've seen huge people on tv. The fact that he looked like a frkn giant talking to D'eriq you Hope he can get better and improve any interior position on the line. I think he's talented enough to take any guard position or center.

He’s the best guard we have by a mile. Now, is his conditioning at the point where he can handle 75 plays of no huddle hurry up? Not sure about that yet.

Now that the Canes RBs see the difference Donaldson can make when he is in there, there is no going back. Whether Donaldson starts and plays a backup role, CMD has to give Donaldson all the reps his current conditioning will allow. If CMD doesn’t play Donaldson, that Canes RB room will be in revolt.

Hopefully everyone who knows him is in his ear about his weight.

Carbs are not his friend.

30-40 lbs of lost fat will make him many millions of dollars.

I’ve been so impressed by Zion Nelson’s body transformation over the past year, but he sure looked like a tight end again standing next Navaughn.
