The HC position at Miami seems as if it keeps being downgraded with every new hire. So is Richt going to prove a downgrade to even Golden?

I'm intrigued by how Eichorst gave Golden an extension after reaching the 4 loss mark one time in his first 3 years, and then fired Bo Pelini for losing exactly 4 games every single season.

Folden got that extension after a 5 win first season and a final embarrassing loss to a 3 win BC team.
