I can see that angle of it. I’m just saying me as a grown adult, two consenting adults doesn’t bother me. It seems like this is a LOT deeper than say what Harsin did per se. Or Petrino. What they did was dumb and short sighted. It’s just whatever to me, I just think there’s bigger issues these guys can do imo. I do also think schools will protect arguably their most valuable asset in these situations until they can’t.

Maybe, but it’s a significantly better university than Bama, in a much better town. Now I’m biased having grown up in Ann Arbor and having attended both UM’s. But Michigan is literally excellent in everything it does; every sport (football, men’s and women’s basketball, hockey, baseball, softball, lacrosse, gymnastics, swimming), and academics; law, business, medicine.

it is easy to argue that in terms of a combination of athletics and academics, Michigan is the best school in the country. Stanford, Texas and UCLA have arguments to make, but as stated, I am biased.

Robert Carina is a f*cking loser and will never be as successful in life as Warde Manuel. And yes I have met Warde Manuel, and we may have attended the same bachelor party about 25 years ago. But that is besides the point. Any AD who hires Jim Harbaugh, and Dusty may, and whose women’s basketball program is in the top 10, and whose hockey team is in the top 10, and whose baseball and softball teams are excellent, is NOT BEING Fired, regardless of race or gender. It’s just an incredibly stupid thing to write by an incredibly stupid person.

His post was on a Clay Travis about Michigan being the most cheating program in the last however many years. Threw a couple Trump/Russia comments to some other people who came at him. He seems a bit….unstable to say the least.

Just lines up with some people saying they heard some rumblings the last few weeks if this psycho knew what was going on.

This is just about a school protecting itself.

Think about the CEO who was recently caught on camera at a Cold Play concert with the head of HR (terrible look). They were consensual, clearly, but it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I once yelled at my supervisor at the Fulton County DA’s Office in Atlanta about having an affair with an attorney he supervised. Exact same reason.

To expound, I hung out with someone prior to the season started who wanted to be "friends" but was angling to get kompromat to further her career. Came onto me.

And when I *didnt* play to her script by ******* her & throwing my career away, she ... complained I was abusive to her (I did call her manipulative) and filed a complaint against my professional licensing board.

All that to say -- don't throw away a good living for a piece of ***, don't care the quality.

It’s clearly a power thing by these guys. The coaches that is. Its the dirty side of powerful positions.

Thank G*d you didn’t touch her. Seems like she was setting you up. She may have even liked you, but she was willing to use you. What a terrible person.

Warde Manuel did not hire Harbaugh lol both of them had beef the entire time after Warde was named new AD.

Warde also hired Juwan Howard and waited too long to fire him.

He also let their baseball coach without hesitation when there was pressure to keep him.

Their hockey program will always be top 10 with any ******* coach they hire lmao

So yes, Warde could definitely get fired for this.

Everyone fought with Harbaugh, the entire time he was at UM. Harbaugh is a complete jerk, from day one. Or at least from when I met him when I was in high school. Great coach, and a very, very difficult person.

We’ll see about Warde but unless he was also scre*ing the same woman, to argue that this is someohow his fault is beyond asinine. Was the AD fired when Petrine had his affair, or Pitino, or the MSU AD over Mel Tucker? Did the Celtics fire their preseident over Ime Udoka? But Warde should lose his job because Moore can’t keep it in his pants? Give me a break if you can make this argument with a straight face.

Is it Wardes fault for Moore ******* around? No..
However, this is another embarrassment to the university in the span of 3 years. If he knew the conclusion of the investigation, and he waited til after ESD to fire Moore, then the board could have grounds to fire Warde.


And he doesn't get kudos for hiring May. Congrats on making the most no-brainer hire of the last 5 years.

Dusty May was a great hire. Outstanding coach. Thought IU should have moved on from Woodson a year ago and hired him (he is an IU grad and was a manager under Bob Knight as you may know - believe you are JB’s uncle IIRC). Darian DeVries is a quality coach, but Michigan looks downright unbeatable right now,
