Has anyone considered the fact this kids coach may really be in it for the betterment of this kids guidance? I mean nobody questioned whether Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy were in it for the bag
Yeah I think we should chill on roasting the guy. Clearly he's important to Shemar. I would hate for Shemar or his coach to find this thread.

From Rivals on Shemar's visit this morning:

-Was on campus 3 hours.
Although he's been on campus many times, this morning’s time on campus was different.

In the past Stewart would simply park on the side of the road by the tennis courts and walk down the long, wide driveway toward the facilities where he’d meet a coach that would escort him into the building.

This morning - when he and Coach Moe pulled up to the Hecht center, a huge group of coaches and staff were outside waiting for them.

“The whole staff was there waiting, there was like 20 of them,” “They were excited, came up to our front door.”

Coach Moe and Shemar met first with Coach Joe, talking football and getting to know each other. Then they joined a larger group, including Mario, DVD and TRob.

“They talked about the changes coming to Miami, which is good to know, coach Cristobal’s expectations of not only his team but the facilities," Marquez said. "He (Cristobal) talked about revamping Miami to what Miami players should be and have.

“We were just building the relationship.”

As for the plan coaches laid out as it pertains to Stewart?

“The goal is to have him play as a freshman as an every down edge rusher,” Marquez said. “And maybe on third and long get him inside, switch it up a little, play wherever he gets the best pass rush every time.”

Shemar will be back the last weekend in January for his OV.

is he tweeting about any of his other players?

dude is clout chasing 100% and it's embarassing.

I agree we shouldn't roast him but that's only out of caution that they choose somewhere else. It doesn't change the childish behavior of the DL coach. not even DC or HC of the high school

I am just gonna put this theory out:

Mario is going even harder on the trail now because he is coaching the Miami Hurricanes. He was already into it at Oregon but now, he went into ridiculous maximum overdrive.

Change my mind.
100% agree. The man even said it in his 1st press conference. He mentioned several times how he couldn’t wait to get to work. He even got choked up and talked about how he’s more driven than ever.

When you got a guy as intense (yet sincere) as him, who cares as much about recruiting as he does, and is someone who refers to and treats this job as a vocation more than anything else, you can’t expect anything less than success imo. Not to mention the dude has won titles here. We gettin all the croots boys.

I've been saying this since the idea of him leaving Oregon for UM first surfaced. This isn't a job for him. This is a calling. Mario f'ing Cristobal failing at Miami would not be him failing the program. It would be him failing himself, his family and his father who passed, all his former coaches, classmates and teammates he bled for on Greentree, those who raised him at Columbus, the priests, the little old guys on Calle Ocho... everyone who helped shape him into the man he is today.

Mario is going to win big at Miami or die trying. Which is why it was the absolute best hire we could possibly make. Mediocrity is not an option.
Man I keep seeing your posts late after I go ahead and respond to the same posts lol. You keep hitting that nail on the head man, like I said in my post - this is not a job for him, he considers it a vocation. That should tell us everything.

You just roasted him and said you agree we shouldn't roast him in the very same post.

Maybe everyone just STFU a little until after LOI day, please.

No one knows what's really up, and this guy has sounded very pro Miami lately.

Again at least chill till after LOI day. "Do no harm."

You can be in it for the kid without being as much of an attention wh*re as he's been. He's constantly calling attention to himself.

Is this Coach Moe’s recruitment or Shemar’s???

I’m lucky as **** my Pops was in my life because no way **** would he have allowed this Bowling ball to have so much power & influence on my every move...

I understand he has to be dealt with because he holds the keys to Shemar’s commitment but smh can’t stand this dude.
Been saying this.

I guess we disagree. I think there's a difference between "roasting" someone and calling it like it is.

I was going to type the same thing. Don’t judge or disparage the guy during the process.
