His play slipped his senior year bc he suffered an injury. Had he not gotten injured and stayed at around 265, he would have been an easy 5 star by late his senior year. He's over 300, from what I've read. Kid needs to shed to get back into the 270s to get his burst back

30 pounds from January to September is absolutely NOTHING
It's much easier to lose weight than you think. I lost 80 in the last 10 months, and I'm not particularly big-framed. People make mistake of going Iow-fat and low calorie. Instead go very low carb, eat lots of protein and green vegetables. Ketogenic diets work like a gem. Eat as much protein as you want, esp Salmon, chicken, turkey. Protein metabolism burns more energy than that expended digesting carbs. Avoid excessive exercise, too much not only increases metabolism, but it's offset by increased hunger and intake of food. Recent studies support this.
