Calling him a steal is called a compliment. It means he should have gone higher imho. And the reason he did not go higher was because of crAp linebacker coaching and scheming. He was already making plays starting as a true freshman here before the crap coaching could kick in and he would stagnate. Our defense was not good and the numbers were inflated against terrible offenses.

Just stop. He will thrive in the NFL. He has more ability and productivity in him than he showed here. If he gets better coaching he will be a starter and very good there.

I been screaming this for years man, u are what u are. If your slow for your position you are in trouble come draft day. We always over value our guys

Yep. Garvin when he first came in looked better and regressed. Why is that? Not sure what Rousseau has to do with it. They weren’t even smart enough to start him until half way through the season. Rousseau has absolutely even more freakish attributes than anyone else as well. Not even a Blake baker could ***** that one up. I think the Jess Simpson to stroud drop off in coaching showed. Not even just the baker hire. And it will be interesting to see if the biggest absolute freak of a defensive end keeps developing or not here.

Not sure what a completely different linebacker has to do with Shaq. Shaq would really thrive best in a 3-4 anyways and I disagree. I think he could have gone 2nd round under a better scheme and coaching. He didn’t progress much from his freshman year onwards. A good nfl scheme and coaching will show that.

Again what even decent offense did we play last year? We have good talent that flat out gets underutilized.

I’ve said before that game at Pitt 10-0, I spent entire pregame with Shaqs family. His pops brought me to the team exit to meet Shaq after game and then I drank with family again at bar. Phenomenal people across the board. Even though it was a loss, that day was amazing because of the level of company I had.
 
Its nice to see all the faqs who dogged Shaq for the last two years absent right now. Surely they'll somehow soon come proclaim they know better than NFL scouts... f'n gutless turncoats.

You won’t find a player who has cared more about the U than shaq these last few years and he is a true leader. Congrats to him and his family
