Actually the first part is quite telling.
Kid's talent is immense and, at 14 years old, he has the ego of a 10 year professional.

This kid is a superstar linebacker waiting to happen, but he already seems as entitled as Willie Williams.

Hope he can stay grounded enough to realize that talent without hard work always ends up as wasted potential.
