For some reason my first thought was Shaqille O'Neal, which freaked me out
Something really creepy about Vern's post
We always did well with smaller faster LBs. If he picks up some speed then all is well. What did Mike weigh when turnover Vanover?
Marley and Spence.![]()
We definitely want our players big and strong, BUT I really believe it all about how the player feels and if Shaq decided to lose weight, it's all for the best of the team.. Shaq must've felt like the other guys was out doing him, so he decided to lose a few pounds!! I also felt at times that Shaq was a bit over size, and I think a Lighter Shaq= more Havoc for opposing offenses..
**Is there any other players dropping a few pounds or should I ask, Is their any other players you guys would like to see drop a few pounds to improve for 2017**
First off D. Jackson needs to drop some weight
and personally I think Chad needs to play at 260.. also Dee Delaney looked a little too big in the quick picture i saw
DJ was supposed to be this terror off the edge but he's too heavy now I agree.
Chad doesn't seem to have been affected by adding weight, and with our lack of depth at DT he could very well slide inside occasionally.
Jonathan Vilma, one of the best MLB's to ever play at Miami, weighed 220lbs his Senior year
Bored to tears, I've resorted to watching Canes games and highlights from decades past - those guys were so fast and if I may - a bit on the lean side.
Speed with endurance. That's how we were killing it.
In 3 years who will be the highest drafted LB: Shaq, McCloud or The Savage Pink
Very hard to predict. But, I'm the most confident that Shaq will have a long career starting in the NFL.

As have I. Just finished the '86 OU game. That team was loaded! Still can't believe they didn't beat Penn State.
