Shaq is down to 235lbs

In 3 years who will be the highest drafted LB: Shaq, McCloud or The Savage Pink

Mcloud

duh

OLB is a higher or more valued commodity in the NFL Draft. Zach definitely will have the scouts drooling at 6'3 230 and about 8% body fat. MLB are like quarter backs once a team has solidified their MIKE backer... then they are only concerned with backups.. Ray Lewis for example... I don't know for certain... but I'm guessing the Ravens didn't have a MIKE Backer on their board for the first round while he was in his prime... like the Patriots wasn't too high on a QB for the past few years. Before anybody say anything I'm not comparing Shaq to Ray Lewis... I use that example more so for that position. In my opinion where Shaq is going to shine is during the Wonderlic Testing. He is a good leader on the field and is a hard worker and he will impress the scouts in ways most don't notice. You have to know Shaq to see a lot of his value to the team... He orchestrates many Diaz practice script during the current workouts because the coaches are not allowed on the field... Richt is taking him and Walton with him in a couple of weeks to the College Game Day Media event... They (the coaches) know what he brings to the table.... not saying the other guys are not bringing their own... I hope, I don't sound like I'm comparing them all... or trying to place a value on them or saying who is the best... I have feeling for them all and would like nothing more than for all of them to be first rounder. When I'm at their apartment... I spend just as much time is Zach's room as I do in Shaq's... When I talk to Shaq one of the things I always ask is how is my Nephew doing (Mike). Shaq spends a lot of time with Beason, watching film or talking/texting... who is really impressed with Shaq's knowledge of game and understands the value he brings.... All of that to say... I agree Zach stands a better chance in the draft... I think with every draft OLB muster a bigger need than MLB

all 3 will play on sunday they all savages n bring different things to the table

Curious to see what UknowWhat has to say on the subject. Always enjoy his perspective.

Yes he is down to 235, but what I think is even better is his body fat. Shaq first weigh in when he got on campus... he was 248 and 18.9% body fat. A couple of days ago he was 235 and 11.1% body fat.

A little quick and dirty math shows roughly an approximate loss of 21 pounds of fat, with a gain of 8 pounds of muscle. That's why he's going to feel better and quicker. That's exactly what's supposed to happen if you're doing it right, you lose adipose while gaining muscle mass.

Congratulations on his hard work, it's not easy, it takes discipline to stick to it.

all 3 of those guys are very good which is great for us. No need to say one is definively better than the others. I like all of them as we all should since they all chose to wear that orange and green

With the proliferation of spread-option offenses the Miami-style smallish LB from the past is back in vogue. Less is more.

if he is spending time with beason he is in good hands. Beason played all lb positions, always was very smart and a true professional. Thats my friend since middle school so im bias...but Shaq football wise reminded me of Jon. Student of the game. When he hit you he wanted you to know it...thats whether u were an ol or a ball carrier.

Why aren't you allowing football fans on a message board to debate which one of our three very good linebackers is the best, Boss Brock ?
