D won the game without their 3 best DB's & the O doing nothing

Saying the O did nothing is a stretch they scored 31 in first half, 2nd half they was terrible. The defense had people running open against Stanford they just dropped passes the same like Wake did or it would’ve been closer than what it was. Defense missed hella tackles as well

The defense is not good. There is nothing good about the defense right now. At all 3 levels we are mediocre and can easily be exploited

We have serious problems ahead of us until OJ and Lucas get back

Missing out on Seaton and the Pitt LB Biles who went to Texas were two huge portal misses for Mario and Co. Would have loved having Brockmeyer back this year too.

You act like we didn't evaluate them properly.

They got paid millions in the portal by two teams with huge bankrolls.

Oh I know they got paid, but our LBs are mid and the O-Line would resemble last years more closely with Seaton. That’s all. As we are right now, I don’t see us making it back to the Natty, much less winning #6.

I remember last season a lot of guys around here wanted Brockmeyer after getting his **** pushed in, in a few games mid season. Funny how development works

I’m just mentioning 2 top guys at their positions that at one point we were told to be seriously involved with in the portal. I know Mario and Co can coach and develop, but our squad as it’s assembled r currently may require more than just this season to actually come to championship form and Mensah is a one and done.
