Severe lack of Alpha Males in the UM athletic dept.

Athletics, at it's heart, is in theory bloodthirsty competition.

An athlete's life is a grind of work and scratch and bite (no throats Farchie!) and claw your way to victory, figuratively and spiritually speaking.

In order to fight and compete it takes alpha males to lead men. It takes lead dogs. It takes men's men.

If you take a good look around the UM athletic programs there is a noticeable shortage of meat eating alpha men in the key leadership positions. Especially the football program.

AD Fake James?
AAD Tony Hernandez? LMAO
FHC Al Gorlden?
FDC Dorito?
FOC Dale Corley?

Where are the natural leaders? Where are the meat eating, <insert epitaph here> killing, wrench turning, shingle hammering, get your own hands dirty, win some ******* football games ALPHA'S?

If you don't put alphas in your 'leadership of men' positions you are bound to fail. Shalala is scared of *****. So she only hires psussies who have no testosterone. Yes men only.

Butch Davis is a football GOD.

I touched on that. I think that her personality has done more damage to the football program than any other single factor.

Just looking at pictures of Flake and Tony Hernandez is enough to get the idea.

being politically correct is more important than winning at The U and that all starts with the President and trickles down. It is the culture she has created and we are stuck with for 6 more months......

"Winning the right way" is the bull**** excuse admin trot out as to why we can't compete as if your team has to be full of convicts to compete in today's game.

Give Ice a X & Os guy in both sides of the ball and we would tear **** up. You wouldn't see guys mail it in thats for sure. Guys false starting on 4th down would get a face full of Ice on the side line not a hand clapping lets go type of mentality.

This coaching staff should rep Charmin toilet paper..soft as FvCk and always full os Sh$t.
 
Agree with the majority of your post, but Coley is a lead dog in a subordinate position. He's Tony Montana working for Frank. Leadership needs to come from the bosses, and they're all spayed.

Happens when we hire a bunch of lawyer types to run the athletic dept. They care only about policies and procedures.
