No. I’d rather have millionaires coaches, with unlimited resources and time to focus on football to actually coach like it. How tf can the announcers and fans see the obvious but the coaches can’t. Where tf is the self scouting ??? If that was true, our special teams would be better, Mario would no longer make terrible in game decisions and Dawson wouldn’t get conservative when our opponents gains some momentum . So stop the bull****

Are you at practice? Do you know the freshmen ol are ready? I understand you don’t want to really have a discussion you simply want to be right and have us lose some games.

Last nights second half was a combination of things like Fletcher being banged up, Mali being banged up, and atrocious play calling. IMO Dawson went into a shell and should have dialed some stuff up to get Barkate going.

Do I want to see Cantwell, absolutely, but maybe, just maybe he’s not quite ready to start. If Cantwell and congdon were in there getting cooked you’d also be throwing a fit.

I remember the 01 team beating BC 19-7in a game were close to losing. We aren’t close to the 01 team but let’s not act like this is the 21 or 22 squad.

This team isn’t last years and they need to learn how to put a team away. Mario needs to keep showing he knows to never limp to the finish line like we did with some games last year.

Year 5 and we’re not close to the 2001 teams?? It took Butch 5 years to amass all that talent and he did it with horrible facilities and no NIL. We are in year 5 and there is no Dan Morgan, Damion Lewis, Ed Reed or Mike Rumph amongst the starters. It’s years 5 and our line is worse than the one Butch has during probation. Not one of our rb could bust the 3 deep under Butch. Aside from Mali our WRs are average. STOP LOOKING AT THE GLASS HALF FULL. THE GLASS IS HALF EMPTY.

I will give benefit of the doubt because of the injuries, but it was an opportunity for someone to step up on O in the 2nd and nobody did. Credit to the D for making stops when they needed to.

What we are is a really good football team that is replacing key starters on the ol, dl, and have lost our top 2 corners to injury. We have a lot of young guys playing their first meaningful reps and I’d say we have seen some improvement on the DL, the pass rush and pressure was great last night. Yes we need to improve on getting the qb to the ground d but Lopez is mobile qb and we were able to affect him most of the night.

Would I like to see more Cantwell, absolutely, but Miribal and Mario have earned some trust on their OL evaluations, need to keep improving but we did average close to 6ypc last night.

You’d think we lost the game with many of these threads. We have a long way to go to be a team like we were at the end of last year but have to imagine all young guys getting reps is going to help when we get Lucas and OJ back.

The reason why people are ****ed right now as we were told by EVERYONE that this team may be better than last year and the line would be fine. The fans don’t like being lied too.
 
We’ve got much more weak at IOL than I expected. I think the defense can still be elite at full health but I don’t know if this OL is going to have what it takes for a deep playoff run. We will see what the staff can cook up there

Not of the sky is falling spectrum, but if one penalty at 31-7 just totally sucks the life out of us and turns it into a dogfight, we don’t have the team we thought we did lol semi ridiculous stance
