Oregon will travel for the championship but we’ll have a decided advantage. Indiana will eat up ticketsI had a feeling it would be way more skewed to Indiana fans with how far of a distance to travel it is. It’s like 700/800 miles from Indy vs like close to 3000 for Oregon
Indiana run attack doesnt scare me, but they got 3 alphas at receiver (cooper sarratt and becker whos probably the best) that i dont think we can match up with
Yeah I saw 3k for cheap seats. I’m 20 minutes from the stadium but I’ll watch at home. Wish I could just throw 6k on a couple tickets but nope. They've always been a basketball school and they would rarely sell out their football games. Stadium holds 52k.
As for football fans, I'd bet that half of those people there, while they have love for IU, they're full time Notre Dame fans first.
Coworker of mine, I knew he liked IU basketball, Notre Dame everything fan with a Purdue wide, and I never heard a peep about IU football aside from one mention last year before the Ohio State game. This year, it's been on for him. I asked where was this IU thing before, why Notre Dame, and he flat out said IU football has always sucked and isn't worth following.
Heck, his Wife he said was yelling we're winning this last week. He was shocked, to hear that, it would be like us screaming in jubilation for our spouses team which was FSU, ND, or even UF. WTF
This is their only moment besides a Rose Bowl game back whenever. Before that, crickets, so basically once in a lifetime. Tickets will be sky high, they already are, but they'll go up if it's IU.
From what I’ve seen they are a portal team of 22 and 23 year olds. HS recruiting was in the 30s. I get he’s a good evaluator but you’d have to hit on most if not all your portal guys. Very little room for error
Dude, what day and time is it there?Ok have seen enough....
Oregon pull out a mircle here and would have played there superbowl.
Best outcome by far
Blay, I think it was Blay, had no reason to go in like he did when Lacy was on the groundIf that was us the 4th and 5th defenders jumping on the pile would have gotten a PF lol
Truth!!They've always been a basketball school and they would rarely sell out their football games. Stadium holds 52k.
