Seems like we did a lil' bit of "we dont give a F" action.

That might be the usual protocol if you're trying to pluck someone from a lower tier school. Is he saying Oregon is lower tier than Miami, so we owed them a heads up? That's literally the the only way his comment makes sense

See, being the class program they are, the University of Alabama went through great pain to contact the Miami Dolphins over their interest on Nick Saban, especially when the Alabama coach was the son of a Fins' legend.

Per ESPN:

Oregon athletic director Rob Mullens told reporters Monday that Miami never reached out to him to express interest in talking to Cristobal.

"The usual courtesy is to reach out to the institution, and that never happened," he said.

However, he said he was well aware that Miami was interested in Cristobal.

Try checking your voicemail dip****. Oh wait, the only way to send a message up there is to riot. #Toosoon?

I'm feeling so confident about things today, maybe we should hit up Greg Byrne and let him know we intend to talk to Nick Saban about interest as special teams coach. No more Patke catching punts on the 10yard line.
