Defense of course was on point. WTF is wrong with these receivers?
As soon as Pitt jumped that first screen pass I figured we were in for a lousy day on offense.
Lots of tools all over the field just need to click and grow some confidence on the O-side.

you can't be serious ... real solid??? 52 yards passing??? take away two long runs and you have less than 100 yards rushing.. defense won this game. CMR tried to lose it...........

I agree 100% with the OP.. The offensive side of the ball is just much younger than the defensive side so They’re dealing with issues that are mainly due to youth.

Last year ppl were critical of Manny and the defense saying it only worked if we get turnovers but this season they got better simply bc they got older. **** near every starter is an upperclassmen that is also an NfL talent on the defense. Complete opposite for the offense.

I mentioned it was a lousy day for the offense. You ok? And why the **** would we take away two long runs? I swear some of the stuff you mongoloids post...

Lol at CMR tried to lose it.... who called those run plays?? Coach Richt. And the pass plays he called were all great calls just the players didn’t execute bc they’re still young but don’t you worry, they’ll be better next year.

It was good seeing a new look Offense on the field.

our savior Perry did play worse than malik had at any point..ever...that happened. Drops are now blamed on WR and head coaches
When the run game is clicking the OC get no credit. If it’s not blame the OC..

Harley has been here 2 years. Kosi has been here 2 years. OL is not young. Langham has been here 5 years. Cager has been here for 4 years.

Bama is younger than we are on offense and they seem to have no problem lighting it up every week.

Youth is not the problem.

So, why do young players on other teams perform at a much higher level than ours? Sure, they will be better when they get older, but not as good as the freshmen on other teams when they are older, because this O is putrid.

Easy they’re getting much better QB play, leadership, and have key vets holding down certain positions... if Miami had Tua we would be undefeated. Not knocking NKosi everyone ain’t ready out of high school.

If Bama had Richt they’d be 8-4

If you’re a freshman or sophomore that’s young...

Mike Harley isn’t Jeff Thomas he’s developing at a different pace. I compare it to Roscoe Parrish and Darnell Jenkins. Jenkins didn’t get a chance to shine until after Roscoe left even though they were both similar types of WRs.

But the main issue is this list: Langham (to a lesser extent), Malik, Milo, St. Louis, Mahoney, Brown, Gauthier, and Jahair are the main reason our offense struggled... if our upperclassmen were NFL caliber like our upperclassmen on the defensive side we would be challenging Clemson for the ACC this year and a playoff spot.

You think with a snap of a finger you can implement an offense and make it work like a well oiled machine?

Richt was forced to run a spread offense due to lack of TEs, and now you think all will be on the same page. Well it's Richt fault for waiting this long to make and run a different OF until forced!!

Richt just said on the radio that his offense is working and is hinting to not making any changes in off season! His DNA will make 2019 season hard bear!

And maybe, just maybe, they are getting better coaching, no?

Even with Miami's current offensive line Tua still couldn't lead Miami to an undefeated season. Albeit they probably would have finished 10-2 and play in next Saturn night's conference championship game.
