If anything this will bring the spotlight on under the table dealings. Because with all the money that will flow from endorsements the IRS will certainly put a lot of effort into watching who's dirty and who's not.

Correct on the tax part, but I think this gives a “legal” avenue for the current under the table dealings. Now if those paying them and receiving comply with taxes... that’s another story
