SEC CB in the portal - Christian Holmes (Mizzou)

We're only going to have 4 CB's for Spring, two of which haven't started a game yet.

The TF's don't get here until Summer/Fall, we're extremely thin at CB.

This kid Holmes is 6'1 200lbs from out of Mississippi, he was a 3-star coming out of HS with a 4.53 40.

He played his TF season, was injured & redshirted his soph year, then in 2018 had 36tcks 12PBU's 2INT's & 1TD, then for 2019 had 29tcks 4PBU's.

He's an experienced vet that's played in every game for Mizzou the last two seasons starting in 12 games & being a rotational CB. He's a Grad Transfer with immediate eligibility.

I'd take Meiko Dotson from FAU if we can get him, but if not would take this kid 100%.

We need experienced depth at CB, if the staff doesn't take a CB they're making a miscalculation.

It feels like we haven't recovered from Malek Young career injury.

Even if the best corner in the country was in the portal and coming here this staff would not play him over the garbage we have....

If only this situation was so foreseeable to the highly paid professionals.
