Yes, we are aware that the SEC conference competition is "grueling" and "brutal" and will result in a cumulative .500 record across the conference.

What about the other games?

3. Georgia - 1-0 vs. P4+ (beat GaTech by 7 points) - knocked out of CFP by another SEC team (Ole Miss).
6. Ole Miss - 0-0 vs. P4+ (played nobody) - beat G6 Tulane in CFP and another SEC team (UGa).
7. aTm - 1-0 vs. P4+ (beat ND by 1 point) - lost to Miami in CFP.
8. Oklahoma - 1-0 vs. P4+ (beat Michigan by 11) - knocked out of CFP by another SEC team (Alabama).
9. Alabama - 1-1 vs. P4+ (lost to F$U by 14, beat Wisconsin by 24) - beat another SEC team (Oklahoma) in CFP and lost to Indiana.
13. Texas - 0-1 vs. P4+ (lost to Taint by 7) - beat Michigan in a meaningless bowl game.

You can add that Tennessee and Missouri didnt beat a P4 or even a G5 team with a winning record. Yet were still ranked almost all season.

Like i said when the BCS was around 9-3 LSU who missed the championship game could beat the Big 12 champion. They never was gonna beat Clemson or FSU in their prime, nor Ohio. But they would be other 9-3 teams from other conferences.

Since the portal. Haus teams in one conference, is haus in any conference. Simple as. Thats why it didnt matter how terrible Clemson or FSU was when we played A&M or Ohio.

They need to ditch this narrative that 8-4 teams like Tennessee are better than 8-4 teams like SMU. That could be the difference in who gets a playoff spot because of faulty bias that are a decade redundant.
