I hear you but.....

In 2020: We are about to miss out on likely 2 bookend tackles in south florida. Praying we land one of them

in 2019: Two Ol drafted from Florida in the top 3 rounds. With 1 being a kid that was committed that we got beat out for by Go Gatuh. Jawaan Taylor and Yodny Cajuste. Cajuste is a Miramar kid that we didnt even smell. Miramar is walking distance from our stadium.

in 2018: Another 2 draftedd in the top 3 rounds. Isaiah Wynn and Geron Christian. 2 guys im sure couldve helped us. Wynn we got beat out for, Christian cant rememver what we did there.

in 2017: Forrest Lamp. A UM drop was a top 2 round draft pick.

In 2016: Laremy Tunsil was bought by Ole Miss. Was a 1st rounder.

With the weight restrictions being lifted..south florida and florida in general are putting better numbers forward and better players on the line. We suck and identifying them, landing them, or developing them.

There are some straight dogs on the lines coming down the pike and we likely struggle to land half of them and thats locally. **** they can literally land 1 kid from STA every class and put out a respectable oline.

When it comes to allocation of funds though im with you....i will spend all my money NATIONALLY on the trenches....you can literally live with 3 star skill guys here....but you need to land big dogs int he trenches and when they are there ...YOU HAVE TO LAND THEM (ISSIAH WALKER, DUMERVIL, TATE)
I'm with you on that. I'm not saying they flat out dont happen. I'm saying it's a rarity. And when it's a rarity we dont excell for numerous reasons 2 of which you emphasized. Evaluations we've sucked at & development from the position has struggled as a result. Far more noticeably from the perspective of s & c our program in itself has been far below average. That has been our major issues from that position.

This is why I dream of you becoming a recruiting analyst at the U. No one knows the landscape and the players better.

I mean Dugans didn’t develop anybody last year or the previous year in 2017 so its premature to make a comment like that. Let’s let this year play out a little bit man lol. In regards to recruiting that remains to be seen too tbh but I like who we have committed right now and especially like how Stubblefield pulled Michael Redding.

I know This reservation of Stubblefield probably stems from tate playing over our other receivers game 1(hope it doesn’t happen again and I definitely don’t agree with that approach) but pretty sure manny Diaz loves tate martell and has some influence over who plays in that room ultimately. So I’m not faulting Stubblefield much on that decision tbh. I do hope that gets fixed soon and the guys behind the starters are given a chance to produce.
Brock reading you lol makes me lol uncontrollably. In this instance as in most others you simply choose to share opinions that are formed without much merit. #1 I'm glad you have such a strong opinion about numerous people you've never met once in your life. #2 I'm also equally as impressed how your expertise allows you to chime in on the inner workings of our program. Tell you what. When you find out all the **** that has been going on not only in that room but more importantly on the team in itself then I'll pay more attention to what you choose to laugh about. Personally I'll stick to my own personal experiences with these individuals since that's the reason I've formed my opinions. Thanks though. Lol

Redding only coming here cause FSU doesn't have his major.

Brother I respect your opinion so I'm not gonna argue about this. As I've stated numerous times I'm not aware of the intricacies of the offensive line. Dont know **** about it. So I take the word of numerous people I know who all initially had glowing revues of him and spoke so highly. The amusing part is two of those individuals now have so much negative to say in bmac & joachin. Both told me to my face about him. The other side of the coin applies to the coaches yall gave so much credit to. Like banda his unit did good so he must be a great coach. Problem is I know the man and hes a simpleton. A ****** moron who dont know **** about football. Literally his room goes to rumph for coaching & advice. Yet all the same experts say rumph is a ****eater who doesnt deserve a job. If it wasnt for Mike this scheme would never work as this staff is built. Same token applies how everyone said Malik broke all the records,he is this he is that yet same people say how horrible that moron lil Johnny is. Not saying it's not accurate that hes a moron and simpleton. But it's the same arguement. It is a team game for a reason.
Yet some porsters will die on the Panda > Ed Reed hill. That bartender is given way too much credit. Recruiting whiffs and can't coach. Guy gets embarrassed year round. Tweeting at recruits like Stevenson about Making the crib great when he was clearly bagged up. Looks desperate and pathetic. Panda shouldn't have a job here, spot should have been used for a ST coach. Mike is holding it down. He's our best coach... his recruiting will come around and last year's pull gave me hope for him.

I wish you and tweed would post more, 10-15 times a day isn't too much to ask and it would help point the board in a proper direction.

Manny have a soft spot for bartenders?

I appreciate the background info but I think it’s important that we take info from posters that have obvious biases with a grain of salt.

I’ve seen nothing on the field(in the ONE game played this far) or on the recruiting trail to suggest we are desperately missing Dugan’s expertise. Time will tell.

My brother @Tweed is more reserved than me for very good reason. & I will be taking another break from here in all likelihood very soon.
Those of us that thirst for actual information will miss you greatly. I, for one, would rather read a single post from you about football than an entire thread on how the government controls the weather

Aside from my obvious bias are you telling me you didnt see problems in that rotation? Just curious

I think it's early in the season and having definitve problems with anything going on now is normally knee jerk and doesn't have nearly the sample size necessary to make an informed decision.

Assumptions going into game two of the season are usually pretty clueless and tainted by preconceived biases and personal preferences.

Zion will be a problem all season
Mallory is a green tree all american
Rousseau should be starting over Garvin
Enos is just a QB coach and nothing more
They should have hired the Louisville coach
Manny is the Cuban Randy Shannon
Our LBs suck
Carter is overrated
Thomas should be benched
Every other freshman QB played better than Williams

The list of absolutely positive searing hot takes some people are alreasy 100% sure about are endless here, after 60 minutes of game one, under a brand new offensive regime, gainst our toughest opponent all season.

I highly doubt Stubblefield or Manny had anything to do with Tate playing so much. Thats all Enos's call. And it seems like he was mainly used as a decoy.... and that use of him was a big reason for Dallas busting that big wildcat run.
