I always try and think about it as where is the best job they’d be getting if not here and I don’t think Jefferson is getting a top 25 level program on field CB coach job maybe I’m wrong. Even Woodiel who was whatever here got a big SEC job.

He's underrated, Mississippi State has some dogs in that secondary recruited and coached by him. He also has Florida ties.

I think based on Mario’s comment that they’re still looking it, that they’ve clearly missed on their preferred candidate(s) and are moving down their list. No other reasonable explanation for why this is taking so long.
