I was kind of hoping Mario would consider a more experienced special teams coach… since we saw how that can make a difference.
This is his full time job. He’s MSM at this point: Clickbait YouTube titles. Clickbait sound biteslil buddy was unhinged this am

I don’t hate the game but I feel it is going to hurt cis in long run
Content strategy.. Him and D$ flip flop on good cop bad cop dynamic.. Pete is just a spazz or on spectrum so he just OD his role and then read comments and entrench himself even morePete panicking this much is weird lol
While Savage recruited well at Colorado State for 3 years that gave him that rep, he is not what I hope we are looking for. USC bought that #1 class, completely. They over paid for it and didn't need recruiters. If this is the future, Miami will probably never have a top 3 class. We may overpay for a certain player, but never a whole class.View attachment 356857
since deleted but i'd guess we were one of those schools trying for the TE coach + partial recruiter of that #1 class.

This new college landscape is already deep into the thick of recruiting. Visits are being setup across the board. Everyone got a jump on us because of our late run. Pete's passion in debating can get the best of him at times, but I agree with him on this. DMoney reeks of coach speak on this one. I am also more concerned with a CB coach then TE or RB coach. Hope this is it.

Didn’t realize it was being discussed before commenting in another thread. **** is unlistenable at this point. Idk if dude thinks he’s being funny or what but god**** it’s like listening to a 14 year old.lil buddy was unhinged this am
That’s my take as well. Not worried in the slightest about the TE or RB vacancies. Both Mirabel and Beard can assist the new TE coach (if necessary) with blocking techniques and route running, respectively.I am also more concerned with a CB coach then TE or RB coach. Hope this is it.
I might guess Robby Discher from Illinois, TE and Special teams coaches just hired 1/31 to OSU.View attachment 356857

Despite Jason Taylor being a huge asset on the coaching staff, I don’t think he has that much pull to determine who’s the next defensive back coach will beI’m not too concerned about the DB coach, I trust Hetherman, Taylor and Mario to identify someone who they can mesh and build with.
Not concerned about RB coach - with Mario and Mirabel coaching up that Oline, rb coaches should be salivating about coaching up guys to run behind their lines.
TE coach on the other hand, is the one I’m not concerned with as much as I’m interested in. At the moment, TEs have never been a big part of Dawson’s offense, going back to his UH days (the ONE season of Arroyo aside). I think we got a couple of guys that can be the next Arroyo (looking at Briggs specifically), but developing needs to be a big trait in the new guy.
Thinking the same thing, seems like nfl is really tryna go younger with coaching and bring a new wave.. Should be great opportunity for all coaches overall..NFL really bringing in a whole new wave of college coaches
Normally, I’d agree. But if there’s any truth to him being groomed to be a DC at some point in the future, then this would be a great opportunity to bring him into this process…Despite Jason Taylor being a huge asset on the coaching staff, I don’t think he has that much pull to determine who’s the next defensive back coach will be
