Seantrel Henderson is being treated for Crohn's disease

wow that is tough, imagine having to go to the bathroom/ having an episode during practice or worst yet a game.

Also the medicines for crohns can lower your immune system so much luck to him.

Terrible terrible disease. My brother has Crohn's disease. He recently had to get 20ft of his intestines removed and had 8 splints put in his remaining intestines. If he has another major relapse it could be the end of him. Completely sucks. Hope he has a very mild case. Get Better SH!
 
I struggle with Crohn's. It can be awful, but they have come along way in regards to treatment

Depending on how bad it is and how much it effects what he can eat this could put his career at great risk. Could make it really hard for him to keep weight on.
 
Needs to get in contact with David Gerard. Had a long NFL career while fighting through Crohn's. Best of luck to Seantrel.

Sad to hear this. Am afraid his career may be a short one unless it can be controlled by treatment. Knew someone who died of this disease. My best goes out to him.

Garrard had Ulcerative Colitis not Chrohns. They are both irritable bowel disease but UC is usually not as bad.

They are both types of inflammatory bowel disease, but Crohns can be higher up in the digestive tract. Irritable bowel is something else. Why are we talking about the man's bowels on this board?
