R.I.P first and far most...I was having a conversation with a fellow cane fan and good friend of mine, if he was in college today striker or safety? The thought of him as a striker in today’s game whew! He’d be perfect. What you guys think?

No, he would not be a sub packaged safety in today’s game. He was the ultimate “eraser”. U keep him deep. But yes he would’ve excelled in that role too. Sean could’ve been AA at every position in the secondary.

Well he was a hall of fame safety so I think that answers that.
By the way I'm pretty sure the "striker" isnt some new invitation. It was around during his time in college it was just called something else.
It was called Nickel, I think....

ST would be the ultimate chess piece. Today's offenses are much more complex, so a good and creative DC would move him around depending on the opponent's scheme and what you wanted to take away.

I just imagined him lined up at striker coming on blitzes, yes he could have anywhere in the D-backfield, **** he would have been a lockdown corner if you put him there

He could pretty much play anywhere he wanted on defense except for DT/DE.

I have him beside Antrell Rolle on my CB's, with Bennie Blades and Ed Reed as my safeties on my all time.

Ever hear of the Legion of Boom?

Rolle, ST26, Blades, Reed would be the Legion of Raping Their Corpses, Eating Their Flesh, Consuming Their Souls, And Mounting Opposing WR's Heads On Their Walls...repeatedly.

Off topicish but whenever I see striker I always imagine Roy Williams from OU woulda been really suited for that...still cant believe he got drafted ahead of Reed lmao
