Scrimmage #1

Junior Trajan Bandy had two PBUs, sophomore Gurvan Hall, Jr., had four tackles and sophomore Al Blades had two tackles and one PBU.

What I would love to hear about today's scrimmage:

1. Great QB play from all 3 QB's
2. Offensive Tackles holding their own
3. Hightower, Hightower, Hightower (I just have a really good feeling about that young man)
4. Gurvan Hall taking the next step
5. Gilbert Frierson proving to be a solid backup for Finley.
6. Mallory flat out dominating
7. Payton making a strong case to be in the rotation
8. Running lanes open for our RB's
9. Ford dominance to transfer to the "game like" setting.
10. No Injuries!

Here’s the problem with that. Our DT’s Dominance can’t transfer at the same time that running lanes are open for the rb’s

Earlier in the thread, it was reported that all three QBs looked horrible. And then we see this...

"redshirt sophomore N'Kosi Perry finished 5-for-7 for 126 yards with two touchdowns"

By what standard is this considered to be horrible? If it is, I'll take horrible every Saturday!

Can we get the **** out of the IPF for a day or two? Is there an open grassy area somewhere in #TNM that we can practice FFS? Get out of the shade!

We have seen much worse stat lines than this at qb in scrimmages. In fact that’s the best a N’Kosi stat line has looked in a number of the scrimmages since he’s been at Miami really

Like the reports said, the offense got going and scored late. From what my friend saw they were bad.

Well they had been laying new sod outside of the practice fields throughout spring practice , I think that may be done with it not sure if it’s completely ready

Seems like N'kosi is letting everyone know he isn't going to lay down easy.

We will see if he has grown.... or if he has plans to release another **** video this summer...
... his problems have all started when he goes back home to hang out with his no good homies..
... the f00l better realize that there will be zero tolerance for shenanigans with Enos...

The two are not mutually exclusive, in my opinion. The DT's can have a strong showing, even if our OL holds there own and open up nice lanes for the RB's. If one end is of the extreme, on either side, then we have issues.
