Assistant coach Jon Richt jumps in to help Hurricanes scout team during Notre Dame week - Sun Sentinel
I hadn't run across this article until today but was surprised to see we had Jon Richt playing the role of #24 (on ND's defense) for our scout team due to injuries.
It made me wonder whether the NCAA rule still exists where schools can use alumni in practice (as Alabama has done https://www.sbnation.com/college-fo...rent-richardson-blake-sims-john-parker-wilson ) ... especially with a guy like EReed on campus all week.
Also ... given the 41- win, makes me wonder whether Jon Richt is actually a better football player than #24 on ND.
