Manny's rise is an outlier. Manny also had to deal with Big 12 offenses. Manny had to deal with Mack Brown and his laid back atmosphere. Failing under Urban Meyer is a huge indictment. I don't want Schiano anywhere near Miami.

I respect Schiano but I would not prefer him as he will be trying to find a HC gig every off season. He is a DCoordinator to make a good salary and stay relevant. He bottomed out in the NFL and wasn't that impressive at OSU.
