Exactly. More than likely the next coach will be schiano or cristobal. Nobody wants to hear but this bot will definitely make that type of move.

People are already saying that schiano would be interested in the job and if and when it opens he would likely call miami about the job.

It's a easy hire for them. Has ties to program, won't have to pay a buyout to get him, and even though it's a new ad and president they wanted schiano twice in the past.

Maybe schiano would bring butch with him because he did give him a job in tampa bay.

As much as it kills me to say it, I think you may be right on Coley. I could see Blake James taking the easy road and promoting him (certainly not because he deserves it). Can you imagine? The fans would go bonkers.

Dennis dodd of cbs said schiano wantd to get back into coaching and if/when the job opens he would call miami and said cristobal would like the job too.

I don't go on message boards except this one and if your *** could read you would see i said i think that's what will end up happening.
 
I've heard that a lot of the alumni want Schiano as well. Don't claim to know anyone important. Just what I was told from someone who knows the important people.

I am glad one of us at least was able to be in that room and look at the board. For a minute I was depressed thinking we had no way of knowing what on the their board.

Besides butch Davis who I would love but he also had a banner flown 'From National Champs to National Chumps' who does everyone want
 
I'm in the minority but I want Schiano as the head coach and I'm hoping we can get a two for one with Butch joining his staff as his dc/assistant head coach.

You needed Dodd to tell you that Schiano wants to be a football coach again? No fcking ****, man. Of course he does, and of course he'd eat his own monkey poo to be the HC of a marquee power 5 program like UM. Just because he wants the job doesn't mean he's going to get it. I know it doesn't mean he will get but let's be real everybody knows this bot will have him in high consideration and wouldn't be suprised if he got it.

The BOT just jizzed in their pants at not paying a buy out. I dont think he would be a total failure like some of you are saying. He was playing ohio Bob Cats like some of you are saying. He was playing WVU when Rich Rod had them humming. And most importantly he would bring classic Miami defense. If we are going to be cheap, its Butch or this guy. Sorry, just being realistic. If we go find someone else who has never been in the area or more importantly at another school with huge expectations. Its a recipe for disaster. Doesn't have to be a head coach but cant have been at UVA akd Temple etc. You have to have been on staff in the pros or at a big school.
 
I am a Schiano supporter. Dude knows his **** and I for one liked what he did at Rutgers. They never were going to be dominant, but you had to strap it up when you played them. He was very successful with his 3*** recruits and he brings the same offensive and defensive knowledge to quickly turn a team around like Harbaugh.
