Sorry Glory, Jimbo is a control freak and had to know about Rapist. He was at least a passive co-conspirator, or actually a accessory after the fact. What is going back to the norm with them though? Hate to defend the enemy here but this is homerism at its finest. They have steadily improved since Jimbo got there, they supposedly peaked in 2012 and were gonna come back to the norm the following year, and then they won the MNC. Also i dont know if you have payed attention but Jimbo has straight outcoached Al every year they have faced off. Remember the hook line and sinker on that TD screen to Freeman when it was third down? Straight played us for fools. Let's see what Al does this year, but we are the ones that arent outcoaching anyone, in the meantime their staff was loaded and continues to be loaded, and the are now in cruise control on stacking their roster as they get not only tons of blue chippers as usual, but Jimbo has shown that he does in fact have a great eye for talent.....

Or, because we have a harder schedule this year after limping our way to 9 wins last year with an easier schedule.

Defense is probably going to suck. Haven't fielded one good defense since they've been here, and have no reason to think otherwise. Interior DL has nothing as far as we know (JuCo guys are unproven). Yeah, we have talent elsewhere on defense but it doesn't seem to be used right.

Offense is still a question mark. No proven QB (not that Morris was good last year). RBs are a question mostly because Duke has been injured (can he be back 100%), Yearby unproven, Edwards still developing. OL has consistently underachieved despite having talent. Also, Coley's playcalling is still in question.


So, yeah, we aren't expecting a good season this year.

Jimbo's morality as far the "rape cover-up" (not even going to get into this, as that's a different thing) doesn't apply to his coaching abilities. College coaching is more or less based on wins, development, recruiting. Everyone calls Saban a scumbag, yet he's probably the best college coach out there. Scumbag =/= bad coach.

So even assuming Jimbo covered up a rape (again, not getting into this), who got Jameis to FSU, coached him up as a redshirt, and then coached up the team Jameis lead as a redshirt freshman? Jimbo.

I don't like Jimbo either, but as Glory said, give credit where credit is due.

All I took from that is that you didn't grow up in Miami. You're also not a recruit, and Jimbo has done a good job at getting Miami kids to play for him. So maybe you're just a bit delusional.
