I think he's legitimately worried about numbers because of the scholarship reductions, and I think it will be us for that fact. Now we all know that they'd find a way to get him in regardless, but they may have found a way to pass out word that it's not guaranteed, which could have prompted him to act.

This is not the case. Bruce is trying to put this team on his back. He was quoted a while back saying if all the top kids in SF went to Miami, they would never lose. He knows he can be a leader here and he has a lot of influence with the top kids in SF. Golden and the staff did a great job convincing him to stay home and make a difference here instead of FSU. Bruce and Scarlett are real close and will attend the same College. As long as Miami doesn't take a step backwards this season, they should stick.

i cant see us winning more than 7 or 8...we dont win 10 games soon we wont be able to keep up this recruiting good/great classes while continuing to be mediocre.
