Scarlett and Williams

He knew the whole time Patrick was committing. The word is that there is home town pressure for Frasier to stay in state. I personally think that it is all a smoke screen. FSU wants to take 2 and Scarlett has surprised them this year with his development and he has moved up their board. This happened back in 2013 with Alex Collins. FSU had the Green kid higher then Collins, but then Collins really blew up his senior year, and FSU decided to go after him anyway and probably would have if Eddie Gran had not left….

It's truely amazing how all these two kids Jordan and dexter do is support the Hurricanes and rep them on Twitter and Instagram but now fsu feels likes its there's to lose and dexter about to jump to the gators lol
 
FSU is smart, Frasier has nothing to do with this, like a poster mentioned earlier they really want scarlett and bruce. They are just taking a different recruiting approach with him now. Scarlett is better than Frasier. No need to panic but it would be stupid to not try to get Cronk on the board behind close doors, the guy is a beast. We know the reasons Cronk left but to get him back on the board a different approach should be taking because time is ticking. The time to make the move on Jalen Julius is now, hate to say it but either we get both or we may get neither is how I look at it.

So are you saying Jordan Cronkrite is open to recommitting to Miami if staff / Ice Harris reaches out to him again.

Scarlett has always been number 3 on their board even as far back as the summer before his junior year.

In surveys among recruits,single biggest reason why they pick a school is chance to play and start.All the rest is a
distant second.
 
This class is a few key top level commitments away from being a very average class. I can also envision the 2016 class disintegrating quickly and other coaches will use the "lame duck" status against us. Scary times.
 
Williams has been working behind the scenes with UF for a while. If UF hires anyone remotely recognizable that's where he'll be. He and McCloud have been talking to each other about going to UF.

But I do feel Scarlett will stick with Miami. FSU already has 2 backs committed. Only if that Frasier kid leaves, which is likely, will they turn up the heat on Scarlett. But he'll play at Miami ASAP next year so I still think he'll be a Cane.

The record isn't good I know, but Perryman is butkus award semi finalist is about to get paid, So is Flowers, Dorsett, Walford is McKay award semi finalist about to get paid too. Gripe all you want about win loss record, but player development getting kids to next level they do a good job with.

You gotta be an elder Golden family member posting on a trip to town. If a white van with big guys in lab coats show up to you cabin, be cooperative and slide your arms into the backwards jacket. so did james wilder and mario pender and i can go down the row of 5 star high 4 star kids didn't make it

gotta give it to FSU each position is filled with 5 star kids and high 4 star kids but year after year they get more at each position. there has to be odd men out i guess these kids don't think they will be the one. helluva job jimbo is doing

Have you seen their classes the past 3-4 years? Well everyone they've wanted has pretty much been for the taking. I mean they've been landing top 3 classes the last few years. Likely on their way to another this year. And those classes are leading them to contending for championships while we're busy playing in an empty stadium, going 6-5, and stuck with Golden.
