Exactly if he leaves in 3 years that means he’s done his job right. If Mario says no then bring on lane train. We need Mario’s answer by Saturday, if we don’t have it then move on and focus on lane. Seems like he’s waiting

I have questions as to why manny isn’t fired. Is he a circle back option?

I really hope Lane is #2

Rest assured Turnkey is handling the contingency plans for HC should Mario say no
 
I was not sold on Lane at 1st for different reasons, but if you pair him with a top notch DC, and some top recruiters or someone to make sure recruiting stays on point, he would be dangerous down here. Zo helping in that regard with whoever Ad is, I think that could get us to #6

We wouldn’t have to worry about recruiting with lane, he was an excellent recruiter under pete Carroll at usc and when he was head coach there and at Tennessee. He’s learned how to recruit under 2 of the best recruiters of all time Carroll and saban

Miami is at same point in year as 7 years ago with Golden except with a new AD coming in. Sure hope they make the right decision on Diaz.
