Sanders Tears

Wow I just saw Kiper reaction. Hes a creep loving Sanders so much

Not that I care enough to remember this but I’d love to see ratings comps for next year. It’s one thing to feel strongly about a prospect and have a discussion about it but to throw multiple tantrums and take away from what the draft should be about will backfire (maybe).

This right here.
I'm not sure why many are overlooking this.
he wasnt ever going to be a top 10 pick. he wasnt good enough. every one besides kiper had him in the second or late first. he went into his interview w daboll and completely bombed it and dint like getting called out for it.

cam btw at his pro day told the titans confidently this is why you should draft me (to that effect). he still showed up for business in his interviews with the team after.

The Browns gave Watson a bajillion dollars all guaranteed when he had like 40 sexual assault cases pending. That D lineman from Miss St got drafted early when he was on camera beating a woman. Antonio Brown kept getting signed by teams after he went crazy. I could keep going with many more players.

You can get away with anything as long as your talent outweighs your baggage. Shaduer’s talent didn’t outweigh his baggage to be drafted any higher than he did. It’s not some grand conspiracy.

I dont think their show sheet going in was Mel kiper act like hes getting deep throated by Deion all day.

I wanna say you're correct and rational thinking says you are.......but..... nothing Disney backed lately has been rational .......I mean who knows what agenda the announcers are being forced to push....

Decent take.

You think it’s a decent take to paint “most” of 35 million people in the U.S. with a single brush? Really. If that is your thought process then you have way too much in common with the guy who made the comment. Anyone who thinks its OK to stereotype 35 million people based on reactions to the NFL draft, of which I am very, very confident at least 30 million black people were not paying attention to, is a complete moron of the highest degree.
Or better yet, an absolute racist who is just waiting for a moment and time to spew something that he feels can provide cover to his racism while still garnering attention.
Either way, the person making the original comment is a complete loser. I will leave it at that.

Nothing crazy about it at all.

It's a true statement & there's hundreds of comments in this very thread that prove it.

Miami fans are not special or separate from the rest of the country. We have just as many people with the same viewpoints as fans of teams like Bama, Ole Miss, UGA, etc..

If the shoe doesn't fit, then it obviously doesn't apply to you. But to say there are no Miami fans who don't have or haven't displayed a prejudice disdain for Shedeur that goes beyond the pale is disingenuous & inaccurate.

Shedeur hasn't done anything to receive the hate & vitriol he gets, particularly from this fanbase. Maybe if this was Colorado ST insight it could be justified, but there's no logical reason why Miami fans are gathered around the tree in such a way for a player who's guilty of the crime of self-confidence.

I just pointed out the unspoken element out loud.

If it's not true, then we'll see it play out again next season & there should be a brand new QB for the group to burn in effigy. We should see the same vitriol & fervor for some random QB on a random team that we have no rivalry with & don't play.
Alright, next question counselor.

Gabriel or Sanders? Maybe Manziel was better than Sanders in college, maybe, but what explains Gabriel being drafted ahead of Sanders and by the same team!?

That's a question only the Browns front office can answer.

Again, my whole entire point this whole entire time has NOT been about the teams, but rather the reaction from fans.

Teams have their own processes & evaluate using whatever method they choose to decide who they want to draft.

What I've been talking about this whole time is how rabid it made people to see him fall.

People claim they enjoyed it greatly because they don't like the way he carries himself, calling him arrogant, self-centered, entitled, brash etc.. I used another word to describe those qualities

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/uppity

People responded by saying that wasn't true at all, they just don't like him because he's arrogant, self-centered, entitled, brash etc.. I think they may not have realized that those words are synonyms for the word I used.

Lawrence Phillips comes to mind as well but yeah, sometimes things are as simple as they seem and not some grand worldwide conspiracy

My take has zero to do with race.

He’s not good. I watched Colorado a few times and came away completely unimpressed. Hunter is amazing. Remove Hunter from his team and his last name and this kid is an UDFA.

Cam called him out in a video earlier this year. He checks down and throws screens. He never pushes the ball down field. Ever.
