Sanders Tears

My 2 cents... These GMs/HCs/OCs/QB coaches are constantly under the gun of being fired from lack of results or public perception of incompetence. If I was any of these coaches I wouldn't want to coach someone who has a dad like Deion with a giant twitter megaphone second guessing every decision I make.

"It's not Shedeur's fault - so and so didn't call the right play or he doesn't have any weapons or his oline sucks or they're teaching/coaching it wrong". F that, Shedeur is not good enough to have that hanging over my head if I was in charge of running an organization.

And tape backs that **** up too.

Weren't the Manning family torn to shreds by the media for picking where Eli went? Unless I'm remembering it differently, I'm sure they received a lot of backlash.
That’s how I remember it.

I also remember Eli sulking and making ****y faces when he was called because he was ****ed he had to even be called by San Diego and hold up their jersey.

Where did this word come from? It’s hard for me to believe a guy that played behind arguably a top 10 worst OL in FBS that threw for 4100+ yrds on 74% completion is not a hard worker.

Oooooooor could it be that a kid who came blinged out, that has a bank account **** near equivalent to the HC he’ll be playing for doesn’t like that he’s a brash guy that speaks his mind. It could be that teams feel that he’s been coddled by his father, & have taken umbrage to the fact he said it’s a travesty he wasn’t included in the Heisman race.

It’s funny that Eli Manning’s father told teams not to bother attempting to draft his son or he wouldn’t play was deemed as heroism, but a kid who says he don’t care where he plays b/c he’s a winner (even though his father once said he’s concerned w the right fit for his son) is demonized.

There’s certain things that r unspoken at certain levels, & Shedeur fits the criteria of “you don’t seem humble enough to be grateful for this opportunity.” Certain brass don’t like those types, & I’m not being caping…I literally just got off the phone w my partner who’s the agent for Jeanty.

U see, narratives r rarely ever true; they’re just guise to distract from the truth. When I hear off field issues, I think:
-Drugs
-DUIs
-DVs
-Skipping Practice/Team Meetings
-Baby Mama Drama
-Arrest Records

Etc.

NOT he’s ****y or but his dad….
Or it could be that this post from before the draft was actually legit

Hey I think he should've been drafted by now based on talent. But we all know there's more to it than that(talent), especially at QB.

It feels like teams have learned their lesson about overreaching for QBs for one draft at least. I like the way alot of teams have let the draft fall to them or not forcing a pick outside of maybe 3 or 4. Cleveland has all but killed this draft, don't like the smurf Dillon pick(in that spot at least).

I agree his father and attitude play a role, but he us not that good either
You are entitled to your opinion. Sooo you don’t think he’s better than Dart snd Milroe? Smh. 🤦🏾‍♂️ He don’t have Cam’s arm but the young man is hella accurate and makes plays. The whole entire draft season the narrative was, “This is a 2 QB draft. Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders”. Now we’re here at draft time, Cam goes no. 1, and the kid who was supposedly the 2nd QB, AT WORST (some had him at #1) in this entire draft, is still on the board? You don’t think there’s something fishy going on? He may not be as talented as some, but if this was just about football, he would have been off the board no later than early 2nd round. IMO This is on Corch Prime. Nobody else. Nothing else adds up.

Can't think of another athlete in the world that would be celebrated for his demise without a single blemish on his resume. Tough seeing this is where we are. Johnny Manziel was a known cokehead that was calling mfs up during the draft to tell them to draft him and he went R1.

At some point the reality is most teams just don’t think he’s that good. Everyone knows QB is the most important position in all of sports and teams are desperate to find their franchise guy. If someone thought he could be that guy they for sure would’ve drafted him by now even with the baggage.

Nah it's gotta be more than that.

Richardson to the Colts last year was a bad move. Way too early. Still, that guy wouldn't have lasted that long in this draft this year and he's not even half the player Sanders is.

here we go batman GIF

Deion going to have to take a DB job for free in NFL for him, he was always that crappy little league kid that played because of dad

If you’re number 1 pick talented, people will look past **** near anything. If you’re destined to be a backup, no organization would want that ****. I genuinely don’t understand what’s complicated about this.

OK, perfect:

Manning 2003:
275/441 (62.4%) 3600 yrds 29 TD 10 ints 148.1 RTG

Sanders 2024:
353/477 (74.0%) 4134 yrds 37 TD 10 ints 168.2 RTG

And u’re full of ****. Just say, I don’t like Shedeur b/c his daddy is a Semenhole vs. this bull **** circular reasoning. I respect honesty, not bull ****.

Ball brothers.

I just don't think the talent is worth the baggage and circus that comes with Shedeur Sanders.

With Richardson and Milroe, one could delude themselves into thinking they could mold their physical talents and make them into passers through coaching and development, but Shedeur doesn't have that raw, tantalizing talent that salivates scouts. Shedeur at best projects to be a game-manager - a Geno Smith. The circus is not worth it for someone whose talent is on par with Geno Smith.

Bingo, we have a winner. No one wants to deal with an entitled QB who blames others and has a dad like Deion who will cause nothing but problems
