Can’t really dip much lower
Been taking a lot of Ls lately
Can’t remember the last big commit
Can’t dip much lower than a Top 10 class while riding a 3 game/20 year losing streak?
Take a lap.

They are still recruiting Bonsuanyone know how legit the info on him is? I thought bonsu was coming and then he wasn't. I never believed the Tyler Williams stuff. if we land Samson, thats an amazing OL haul
Exactly they are prototypes they stay healthy they are 3 and out top ten pick type of guysKelvin Banks from Texas just won Freshman of the week. Was committed to Mario at UO. Mario and Mirabal evaluate OL at an insane hit record. Samson and Francis will have every opportunity to earn significant playing time in their freshman seasons. These aren't 3 star jelly rolls like we have been taking along the OLine for the last 5 years.
Kelvin Banks was a consensus 5* that wasn't a rocket science eval.Kelvin Banks from Texas just won Freshman of the week. Was committed to Mario at UO. no way they start true freshman OL,especially early on 5* or not. They probably go in the portal and grab a couple starters and let the youngsters ease in slowly.
Did he call it that? He’s just saying Mario and Mirabel aren’t recruiting the Scaife and Justice O types. Instead, they are going to be after and bringing in guys who are much better and won’t need 4 years of college play to be average to below averageKelvin Banks was a consensus 5* that wasn't a rocket science eval.
Spot on.And it won't. This is what Mario does.
His first year at Oregon was 2018. They weren't very good...an 8-4 regular season, they had some decent wins, but a blowout loss to a bad Arizona team, barely escaping a below .500 ASU team at home, a really boring bowl game (although they did win). And he went out and signed the best class since *checks notes* ever. #7. Best class in the history of the school, by several spots.
I'm not saying there won't be some decommits. There may be a couple. But this is going to be a very good class when the ink dries. He is quite literally one of the best recruiters on the entire planet, he has the infrastructure surrounding him to compete in this changing NIL landscape, and he will use the struggles to his advantage, to be honest. "We NEED you. Look how quickly you can come in here and play. This last guy had no clue what he was doing. This is The U, you can come in right away and compete for a starting spot. 10% of this roster are my kids, I don't have any ties to any of these dudes. Come put them on the bench." etc. etc. etc.
I don't think you should credit an eval for highest rated player at position. If the Aussie Tackle pans out that a would be an eval that you could boast about.Did he call it that? This is part of the disservice we've done to kids for like 20 years on the OL. Getting kids that are too small for certain roles, playing them in those roles, then blaming them when they don't do great.........rinse repeat.Scaife should be a center, but we haven’t had tackles that can play tackle in a long time.
None of them are.Kelvin Banks from Texas just won Freshman of the week. Was committed to Mario at UO. Mario and Mirabal evaluate OL at an insane hit record. Yeah lol. Now the recruiting part and getting the commit. That’s impressiveKelvin Banks was a consensus 5* that wasn't a rocket science eval.
Should we blame their parents then? Somebody has to pay for our **** OL!This is part of the disservice we've done to kids for like 20 years on the OL. Getting kids that are too small for certain roles, playing them in those roles, then blaming them when they don't do great.........rinse repeat.
Justice is gone after this year. Eligibility runs out.
Next year
Campbell Samson
Rivers Kinsler Tinilau
Clark Denis Lew
Cooper Sagapolu Tripp
Francis McCoy
The most level headed and accurate take I’ve seen to the start of this year, we’re going to be fine in a year or twoAnd it won't. This is what Mario does.

It wasn't an eval that he was going to be a good player, it was about how fast he could make contributions at the college level. 5* star players at multiple positions, especially OL, have issues in seeing the field early.Kelvin Banks was a consensus 5* that wasn't a rocket science eval.
Not sure how that makes sense to you but, ok.It wasn't an eval that he was going to be a good player, it was about how fast he could make contributions at the college level. 5* star players at multiple positions, especially OL, have issues in seeing the field early.
