Blueprint has been stated in other threads. You hire a new hot shot expensive AD. He then evaluates and works with Manny. Manny then sinks or swims next year.

This is really a no brainer. BOT should already be geared up to do this. My only concern is that the BOT might be more part of the problem than a problem solver in this. Hope not.
