This isn’t revisionist history when I say I checked in on Beck with multiple people that would know. I even posted about it when he committed. I never heard bad teammate or anything toxic / negative with culture . It was always “ he was to himself , kinda quiet , not a vocal leader “. He just played ball and was to himself which rubs folks wrong for not being engaged.
Good stuff

No way in **** Simpson is getting $6.5M lmao.

Dante Moore is probably really what this comes down to. If he returns, Simpson is almost certainly gunna end up a 1st just from how many teams need/want QB and he'll be 2nd best available.

BUT if Dante Moore returns, there is no way we shouldn't be able to beat out Oregon for Raiola if we wanted him. Sure he may be fine sitting, but they lose their OC too. And ultimately he has 2 years to play. Sitting a year at Oregon then playing a year would be no different than like playing here 2 years. And 1 may be all thats neccessary.
Simpson who? Sorry been a week

Simpson preferred.

According to multiple employees, Howell also engendered ire through some of his behavior at the union's Washington, D.C., headquarters.

Multiple union employees talked openly about how little they'd seen Howell in the office -- sometimes only two or three days in a month -- and that he often didn't respond to calls and texts as pressing matters loomed.

Howell ordered the union facilities department to merge two spaces in the parking garage to avoid door dings on his Porsche Cayenne Turbo, the sources said. He asked workers to change the number of the two spaces, 10 and 11, to 32, as an homage to the jersey number worn by O.J. Simpson, according to Craig Jones, the union's longtime director of security. A second source familiar with the matter confirmed the Simpson inspiration.

"I don't know why O.J.," Jones said. "Everyone has their preferences, perhaps."
